Hearty Turkey and Rice Soup, from Clio

4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 cup celery -- chopped
1 pound Velveeta -- cubed
3 cups cooked turkey -- chopped, cubed
1 cup carrots
broccoli
3/4 cup barley
minute rice


Dissolve bouillon in 4 c boiling water, add celery and carrots. Cover, simmer 20-25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir until cheese is melted. Add broccoli last.
