Beef Stroganoff and Rice, from Ken Bunde

Mom dated this 7-99.


3 pounds cubed round steak
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans mushrooms stems and pieces
2 cups sour cream
4 tablespoons oil



Brown meat, salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and simmer one hour. Add sour cream and mushrooms. Heat through. Cook rice.
