2 packages dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
Mix yeast and water. Mix rest of ingredients. Cool. Then add yeast/water mix. Then add 9-10 c flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise (1 1/2 hr) then make into coffeecake or rolls.
