Turtle Candies, from Clio

4 tablespoons margarine
8 tablespoons milk
4-12 oz bags caramels
8 ounces pecans, chopped
1 1/2 block paraffin
6 tablespoons margarine
6 cups chocolate chips

Melt 4 T margarine. Add caramels--stir until smooth--stir in pecans. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet or buttered wax paper (use 2 buttered spoons to drop mixture) Melt paraffin, 6 T butter and chips. Drizzle over candies.
