Zucchini Cake, from Clio

Zucchini Cake, from Clio

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk

Blend first 6 ingredients

Then sift together: 2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 t baking powder
1 t soda
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt

Mix well with above, add 2 c grated zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

TOPPING: 1/4 c chopped nuts
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips

Sprinkle topping on cake before baking. Bake 325 for 45 minutes.
