Sparkling Pineapple Ginger Ale, from Gael
This is from Real Simple magazine, July 2009. I can't wait till summer when I can make it...sounds so easy and good!
1 12-ounce can ginger ale
1 1/2 c pineapple juice
4 pieces fresh pineapple cut into triangles
In a pitcher, combine ginger ale and juice, Serve over ice with a piece of pineapple.
To turn into a cocktail: Stir in 1/2 c light rum.
