Impressive Chicken Breasts, from Anne
3 chicken breasts -- boneless
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 ounces mushrooms
1/2 cup white wine
cornflake crumbs
Preheat oven to 375. Cut each breast in half. Cover with Swiss cheese--criss-cross cheese on the pieces. On top of that, add soup, mushrooms, and wine. Top with cornflake crumbs as thick as you care for. Bake uncovered at 375 for 60-75 minutes.
