Caramel Corn

Caramel Corn

Mom says Claudia made this often

2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
6 cups popped corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon butter flavoring

Pour into big cake pan, bake at 200 for 1 hr, stir every 15 minutes. You have a lot of sauce--Claudia always added more popcorn to compensate.
