Caramel Rice Krispie Bars, from Annie-marie

2-10 oz bags of mini marshmallows
Rice Krispies
16 oz bag Kraft caramels
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk

Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 1/2 bags of marshmallows and stir until melted
Add Rice Krispies. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a buttered 11 x 17 pan. Pour remaining 1/4 mixture into a buttered and waxed paper lined 11 x 17 pan.
Top 3/4 mixture with 1/2 bag of mini marshmallows. Set aside. Next melt 1 bag of caramels, can of sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 cup butter in saucepan until smooth. Pour over marshmallows. Top with Rice Krispie bars that are on the wax paper. Remove wax paper.
