Hellman’s Parmesan-Crusted Chicken, from Anne

This is really moist… and light.

1/2 cup Hellmann’s Mayo (I use light)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 boneless, skinless chix breasts
4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs (or as much as needed)

Combine mayo and cheese. Spread on chix, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes
